In freewebs, they already start you out with a index.htm page, look to your right and you see this peice of paper with a pensil little icon click on that and the webpage editor should come up and insert your code their. But FIRST thing you should do if you haven't already change your account to HTML MODE, if you your on begnner mode click MY ACCOUNT and CHANGE TO HTML MODE or something like that. Thats the only way it works, if you need more help PM me.
